PLEASE NOTE: These forms will not be accepted at the front desk. If forms are not turned in during the first week of classes your child will not be able to attend class until the teacher has the forms on file. PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS DUE DATES: Payment #1: August 4, 2017 Payment #2: November 3, 2017 Payment #3: February 2, 2018 Payment #4: April 6, 2018 *ALL OUTSTANDING BALANCES MUST BE PAID ON OR BY APRIL 6, 2018
PRESCHOOL PAYMENTS:
You have the option to pay your installment bill ONLINE! To set up an online account with the Park District of La Grange please stop by the Recreation Center, 536 East Avenue and complete the form. Statements are emailed roughly two weeks prior to the installment due date. You can also call (708) 352-1762 and pay with a credit card over the phone. A $5.00 a day penalty will be added for each day your payment is late. Payment due dates can be found in your parent manual, on our website and on your monthly newsletter/calendar. Please make special note of these dates as to not incur any late penalties.

Little Lions 11:00 a.m. *Tall Tigers *CLASS WILL BE HELD AT REC CENTER IN ROOM 103 & pictures will be taken during regular class time. Wednesday, May 9, 2018 - Last Day of Classes for Brown Bears, Tall Tigers, Leaping Lizards, Playful Penguins & Eager Eagles Thursday, May 10, 2018 - Last Day of Classes for Little Lions & Black Bears Friday, May 11, 2018 - All Preschool Class Picnic & Graduation Ceremony for those headed to kindergarten in the fall of 2018
