Personal Reflections on Walking the Labyrinth These questions can be used individually or with a group. They can be used for private journaling or to being a dialogue. 1. What images, memories or feelings came up for me on this Labyrinth walk? 2. What fears, doubts, or uneasiness came up for me along the way?
3. How did it feel to have other “pilgrims” sometimes journeying alongside? Or to have them ahead, behind, or walking away from me? 4. How did it feel when I reached the center? What did the center represent for me?
5. What metaphors did I think about? How could this walk be a metaphor for my life? 6. What is the Labyrinth teaching me?
