DECLARATION OF MONTY VICKERS
1. My name is Monty Vickers. I am over the age of 21 and am capable of making this unsworn declaration pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1746. I have not been convicted of a felony or crime involving dishonesty, and the facts contained herein are within my personal knowledge. 2. I am a Private Investigator and co-owner of Worldwide Investigations LDT in Little Rock, Arkansas. I am a graduate of the FBI National Academy and formerly served as a Detective and Detective Sergeant in the Little Rock Police Department. 3. On August 7, 2014, I personally visited the Criminal Investigation Divi sion of the Arkansas State Police in Little Rock, Arkansas, and obtained from the Arkansas State Police electronic copies of the Report of Sgt. Dennis Morris on the suicide of inmate Steven Oldham, and the Report of Special Agent Scott Clark on the suicide of Steven Oldham. Included with those reports was a pho tograph of the razor that Steven Oldham used to commit suicide.
4. A true and correct copy of those two reports and the photo are attached to this Declaration. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
