Course Description

In this micro-course, we’ll work through practice problems involving coordinates in one dimension (calculating distances on horizontal and vertical lines) and two dimensions (calculating length of diagonal lines, identifying missing coordinates, using coordinates to find area/perimeter of basic geometric figures) and slopes (including parallel and perpendicular lines).!

Start plotting points, which usually yields a line or a geometric figure.! ! Make Sure:! Be careful when plotting your points. The x-axis is horizontal, and the y-axis is vertical.! ! Execute:!
