The construction had reached several stories when this photo was taken in January 2006. A parking garage is also being constructed beside and underneath the office tower. There are plans for future commercial/retail redevelopment in the SW portion of the property.
This is a depiction of the final design of the 11-story PPD Headquarters. This beautiful office building will be located diagonally from the new Wilmington Convention Center, another brownfields project yet to be finalized. Building occupancy is scheduled for 2007.
