Fresh, delicious, natural food on the go, plus everyday convenience shopping under one roof. Londoners are becoming increasingly aware of what good food should look and taste like. There is an accelerating trend and voracious appetite for fresh produce as the daily grind of life becomes ever more demanding. As we all become more time poor we want good quality, healthy produce and we want it now! Pickles offers this farm to fork product plus all the everyday branded products that you will find in a traditional convenience store. This is what makes Pickles different to every other food retailer on the high street.
A new concept for the ‘now’ Londoners. Pickles own branded meals will be cooked in our dedicated kitchens and delivered fresh every day - real comfort food cooked by our own chefs providing a food to go range that the ‘now’ Londoners will love. From fresh juice, barista served hot coffees, pastries and individual cereals to more traditional porridge and scrambled egg available to take away, breakfast at Pickles will be a delight. For lunch, we’ll have our own branded fresh cut sandwiches, salad boxes, freshly sliced fruit and a hot food option that can be heated up in front of the customer. Freshly prepared, delicious food, beautifully presented and expertly served. Our customers will go a long way to find food as fresh or tasty on the go... and they can pick up a bottle of wine or an emergency pack of nappies while they’re at it!
How Pickles will look and feel. •
Open plan and stripped back ceilings painted black to create the impression of deep space

Black or brown chill shelves with white LED lighting to present the products beautifully

Wicker and wooden boxes to display the fruit and vegetables

Stripped bare wood with polished concrete

A gallery of images to connect with the local heritage and community

Murals and bright coloured designs reflecting the distinctive Pickles brand

White graffiti style writing or bold chrome to dictate the different areas within the town
A family business with a passion for food and a track record of retail success. Food retailing has been in our family for 3 generations. Our grandfather, William George Creighton proudly established Creighton’s of Finaghy in Belfast in the 1930s. Today Creighton’s has become a 4,500 sq ft Euro spar operating 24/7 with 24 fuel pumps, a Deli, Bakery and Post Office, and picking up many awards along the journey including: • UK Forecourt of the Year • Fresh Produce Retailer of the Year UK • Best Post Office in the UK • Deli of the Year, Ireland We are currently developing plans for a new store of 6,000 sq ft in 2015 to include Butchery, Deli, Bakery and Commercial Kitchen.
