PLAINFIELD EAST HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERSHIP FORM 2017-18 To the Parents/Guardians of Student-Athletes: The Plainfield East High School Athletic Booster Club is a non-profit organization (membership is tax deductible) comprised of dedicated parents, guardians, alumni, coaches, teachers, school administrators, and community members.

The Athletic Booster Club supports ALL teams and athletes at PEHS. Our goals and objectives are to:  Help maintain and improve the athletic facilities at PEHS.  Support and recognize the efforts of our teams and athletes.  Provide additional opportunities to our teams and athletes.  Have ongoing dialogue with the community, increasing awareness of PEHS Athletic events. Four scholarships are given annually by the PEHS Booster Club. The recipients will be two female athletes and two male athletes. For a student-athlete to be eligible for the Booster Club Senior Scholarships, the parent/guardian of that student-athlete must be at minimum a 3 year PEHS Booster Club member. Student-Athletes may apply for these scholarships at the end of their Senior year. Please help support Athletics at PEHS, join the Athletic Booster Club today!
