DATES THE TRIP – Wednesday, August 29 through Sunday, September, 2, 2018 COST OF THE TRIP - $1533/player (Tag Along prices will vary depending on the package selected). ITEMS THE TRIP INCLUDES for players (Tag Along prices will vary depending on the package selected): Games played at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Four nights’ accommodations at Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Private Charter to/from Orlando International Airport and all scheduled team activities, Universal shuttle service to/from Theme Parks and CityWalk, Three day Park to Park Ticket/Admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, One day Admission to Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, KSA exclusive events (private dinner or event, pep rally breakfast, pregame meal on game day (for players), tailgate party (for tag alongs), celebration post game meal, Meal Vouchers/Gift Card for use at the resort or Universal (total of 10 meals are covered with this package for the players), unlimited refillable souvenir beverage mug for use at the resort.

To register your player select ‘Team Member & Participants”
The team will be staying FOUR athletes to a room so you will select the QUAD Hotel Room rate and airfare.
You can select to purchase refund insurance $89 (refund will be issued on all non-fund raised dollars). Please note that the Refund Guarantee Protection option does not cover flights. It covers the “land” portion of the trip. Will cover cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the flight. More detailed explanation available on website.
Additionally, you can select to purchase KSA t-shirts.
Note: These amounts are over and above the $1533 cost of the trip. Enter Your Payment Information and pay the $50 deposit for registration.
You will receive an email confirmation that you have been registered
You will be able to log back into your account to make payments directly to KSA. Please note that for the parts of the balance that were fund raised End Zone receives the information on amounts raised before they receive the actual payment from those vendors. End Zone will send out monthly statements that will show how much has been fund-raised, or paid directly to KSA to meet your total payment of $1533. Your balance on the KSA site may not match the statements that End Zone will be sending out. The balance on KSA's site will be updated as they receive payments from End Zone, and as stated there will be a bit of delay on that depending on when funds are received. If there is an overpayment of out of pocket monies once the balance is paid in full, that overpayment will result in a refund directly to you.
We are asking that players follow the payment dates: December $300.00 per person January $300.00 per person February $300.00 Per person April $300.00 per person July $333.00 per person.
Payments can be made in the following ways:

You can send these funds in the same manner as a cash/check listed above
TAG ALONG INFORMATION Tag Along Registration deadline Friday, January 12th. All Tag Along registration and payment must go through KSA. Go online to ksaevents.net and once on the site you will click the Blue "register/login” button in the upper right hand corner.
You will then select the “Create An Account” button and enter the teams tour code, which is 18FB7084. Select the option to register “myself, spectators, Parents & Fans.” Once you are in the team’s tour you will be able to select your room occupancy and create your account. For example, if two (2) of you are going to be staying in one (1) room together you will select the double occupancy rate. Remember, you do not include your athlete in this room. They will be staying in a room with their teammates. *NOTE: If you have already created an account for your player, you can use that same login and click on MAKE A NEW RESERVATION. This way, you will only have to remember one login and password. To reserve your spot there will be a $300 deposit due per person. Some parents have been asking if the Tag Along package is customizable.
Q: What does “customizable” mean for Tag Along Travel Packages? A: Tag Alongs (parents,siblings,fans) are able to make adjustments to your families’ travel package with the Dakota Ridge Football Team. Here are the inclusions that can be adjusted with KSA:
Meals: you can add, or reduce, the number of meal vouchers that are included
Refillable Beverage Mug: this can be removed
Number of days at theme parks: although KSA cannot fully remove the theme park ticket, KSA is able to add a day or remove a day in the parks Private Events can be removed if you do not plan on attending (Kobe Steakhouse dinner, Pep Rally, Tailgate Party, Post Game Celebration Meal). *this is the highlight of the trip, so would not recommend removing these items! :-) Transportation: you can remove all local transportation from the package if you planned on renting a car. (If you are opting for all of the events, this transportation is needed so you do not have to rent a car or taxi.)
Please note, that as this is a Stay and Play event, there are options that KSA is not able to fully remove: - Resort Room Nights – KSA is able to add additional nights if you plan on extending your trip - Theme Park Tickets – KSA is required to include a theme park ticket of some sort; we are able to reduce number of days from 3 days to 2 days, for example.
Important Note regarding flights: Families are not obligated to take the flights with the team. If people have frequent flier miles or points that they would like to use to book their flights, they are welcome to do so. In this case, they would book their own flights and forward their itinerary to KSA so they can arrange the airport transfers for them. Then, they would have a “land only” package.
