Poland Evangelical Mission January 2017
Happy New Year! May God fill our hearts with hope, and our minds with willingness, as we work together for His kingdom in 2017! What do we mean when we talk about
“Levels of Participation”? Levels of Participation are action opportunities, practical things a church or individual* can do to help ministry move forward in Poland. The more they choose to do, the more effective ministry will be. * The three levels (numbered in red below) are things individuals can do as well as churches.
Here are the various levels: 1. Commit to pray for the various ministries of Poland Evangelical Mission. 2. Invite PEM to bring a Polish guest to your church every couple of years. 3. Decide to regularly contribute financially to PEM’s general fund or to a Christian worker. 4. Decide to send (or join) a vision team, work team or ministry team to Poland. 5. Enter into a Strategic Partnership with a PEM ministry in Poland.
A word about Level one: Prayer. Why is it so important? Part of the answer is in these words:

Some things to pray for: Existing churches and churches to be planted Ask God to make their evangelism fruitful. Pray for church planting to be effective. The church in Jastrzébie-Ruptawa is getting close to launching a new church in Katowice. Others are in the making.
Camping ministry Pray many will be called to follow Christ. Pray for adequate funding for building improvements. Eden needs $40,000, Jastrzébie needs $25,000.
Evangelical Bible Seminary Pray for the leadership as they explore the most effective ways to provide quality education in the future. Ask the Lord for adequate funding. Both the school and president, Daniel Cichocki, are significantly under-funded.
Pauline Wilson, wife of PEM founder Kyle Wilson, went to be with the Lord December 9th. Please remember Kyle and family in prayer during this time. A service in celebration of her life will be held January 2nd at Maplewood Free Church, Maplewood, MN. Visitation is at 10 am, service at 11:00 am.
