10-12 years. Origins
The Cuvée Signature range is a selection of reputed villages, Premier and Grand Crus from Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune principally. Harvested, made and aged by our winemaker, they are produced in very limited quantities. Pommard is one of the most famous villages in the Côte de Beaune. The 22.2 acre Premier Cru vineyard “Les Charmots” is located just north of the village. Its name comes from the “charmes” or hornbeam trees that once grew there. This vineyard produces magnificent Pinot Noir. Vinification and maturing
Vinified in wooden vats and matured in oak barrels for 12 months (40% new oak).
