The design of the building was made from scratch, starting from a rectangular shape of 60x100 ft. Featuring an auditorium, several offices rooms and a conference room. It proposes a structure in steel with concrete panels and wood paneling in a few sides to embellish the building.

Project 02 - Office building in Manassas, VA
ENTRANCE
The project consisted in building a mezzanine in the open space in order to provide a configuration for offices and a conference room. The smart and functional mezzanine structure allows the owner to add additional square footage while keeping a low budget. After an accurate survey, the mezzanine level was located next to the main building entrance. The mezzanine level hosts offices while the conference room is located downstairs.

Project 02 - Office building in Manassas, VA The conference room features a double height ceiling with windows, located in a very high position, overlooking the hallway. With custom furnitures and a custom wall design (three out of four walls are framed with wood), the room is functional and comfortable.

Project 03 - Pet store in Falls Church, VA The owner of this pet store requested a new look and cozy place to display pet food. Inspired by a bakery which has a warm wood trellis, customers get the impression of entering into a separate new store.

Project 04- House in Silver Spring, MD
The 7,000 SF single-family house was a new construction and with a $150,000 budget, the clients wanted something modern and contemporary but at the same time a family touch.
FAMILY ROOM RENDER
The attention was focused in particular in the dining room and living room. The dining room design features two sideboards in glass and mirror, which give the room a bigger appearance. Crystal chandeliers and sconces sparkle against a grayish backdrop. For the family room, the TV was set on a wide wooden frame painted white and became an interesting and original detail of this interior.

Project 04 - House in Silver Spring, MD Tiles were chosen for all the bathrooms in the house. The master bathroom features calacatta silver. The contrast of the white background and his marble veins gives the room a drama touch. The guest bathroom upstairs has instead calmer and neutral colors. All tiles are by Porcelanosa.

Project 05- Condo in Reston, VA The project consisted in renovating and modernizing a condo in Reston, VA, in order to fulfill the needs of new owners, using non-structural but "cosmetics" solutions. This was accomplished by designing a new kitchen, bathroom and giving new shape to the living room. The outdated kitchen takes a new shape and opens up to gain additional working space and eating area.

Project 05 - Condo in Reston, VA The living room has now the chimney at the focus of the house, new shapes and new materials bring it to the center of attention. Glass stairs make the condo brighter and contemporary.

Project 06 - Bathroom in Arlington, VA The project consisted in designing a bathroom in an unfinished basement. The clients particularly liked the red color and therefore, the sink was chosen in that color to bring a nice contrast and an electric touch to the white and black tiles.

Project 07 - Bathroom in Sicily, ITALY These Sicilian clients had a very spacious attic area and finished bedroom but no bathroom. The simple and neutral color wall tiles revitalize the space, while porcelain "gres" tiles on the floor are a nice contrast to the wood of the ceiling.
