That’s when Ann Rutkofsky began her career at Prospect Valley Elementary School in Jefferson County, Colorado. And that’s when Powerbond was installed in her classroom. Standing up to the wear of thousands of little after-recess feet, transforming the whole classroom into a learning environment. Ann retired after 40 years. But that Powerbond is still on the floor of Mrs. Rutkofsky’s classroom, still going strong. That’s the beauty of the bond.
