With a standard model (SD) and an extra large model (XL), the series meets the demands of any application. RESISTANT • Performs without wear parts to ensure the lowest total cost of ownership - no springs, Patent-pending counterbalancing or counterweights on any Powerhouse door of any size. Industrial Strength Construction • Patent-pending design with reinforced structure increases stability and wind capacity. • Heavy-duty truss, drum and idler shafts increase weight capacity. • Heavyweight styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) panel is resilient and flexible at temperatures ranging from -40°F to +180°F (-40°C to +85°C). Wind and Pressure Resistant • Patent-pending Stay-Fast™ windstops on the SD model capture and lock the door down in the closed position for maximum wind resistance. • Patent-pending Ry-Tension™ side guide with dynamic “knuckle grip” design responds to wind and pressure by increasing resistance. • Design provides 30% stronger wind and pressure resistance than conventional rubber doors. Release & Restore™ Self-Resetting (SD model) • Panel and bottom bar release in case of accidental impact or after reaching maximum wind load to reduce potential damage. • Panel and bottom bar restore with the push of a button, after aligning panel to motor side, to reduce RELEASE & RESTORE™ downtime and repair expenses. Self-resetting, semi-automatic system • Semi-auto system resets the door (after panel release) in seconds without ladders, tools or activates with the push of a button. the need to disassemble, repair or replace any door components. TOTAL DIGITAL CONTROL Standard door controller provides total digital control.
Advanced Safety Protections • Ry-Beam™ safety light curtain (SD model only) monitors the zone within the threshold, from the ground level to approximately 72” in height. The door reverses automatically if an object or person interrupts the light grid. • Standard Pathwatch™ safety LED lights mounted on the front & back of both the right & left sides of the door to provide advanced warning of door operation. Amber colored lights flash to indicate a door is about to close and red lights illuminate and remain steady to indicate a door is closing. • Standard integrated safety brake “catching device” prevents door movement and slippage.
