All other event enquiries to Event Secretary, Natalie text/phone 027 603 0709 or email [email protected]. The organizing committee reserve the right to restrict entries if necessary, alter classes and prizes as required. Timetable: dressage and show-jumping - Saturday, cross-country - Sunday. Limited overnight yards available. Allocated on a first entered basis and once payment is received. Unpaid entries will NOT be put into the draw until full payment is received. Bank account for Internet banking: 06 0359 0145142 00 (ref: Surname and 2DE). Cheques payable to Papatoetoe Pony Club. Refunds: 80% of the entry fee less $10 admin fee, up to 9am Thursday 27 October. Refunds after this time MUST be accompanied by a vet/doctor certificate and received within one week of event and scratching must be done before rider was due to start dressage. No vet/doctor certificate NO refund. Back number holders required for all classes. A limited number of back number holders are available for hire from the Office ($20 deposit). Run under ESNZ Eventing Rules 2015 - Version 5.4, including annex 5 of NZPCA rules. Please ensure you are familiar with these rules. Medical armbands are compulsory for show-jumping and cross-country and back protectors are compulsory for cross-country (including in the warm up). Helmets must be approved and have a blue (or red) tag attached for all phases, if required please bring helmet to the secretary for inspection before competition or risk elimination. GEAR CHECKS: Compulsory for ALL PHASES for NZPC 65 and NZPC 80. Compulsory for cross-country phase for NZPC 95, random for dressage and show-jumping phases. Random for all phases for NZPC 105 and NZPC 110 (A1). Dogs MUST be on a leash at all times. NO unofficial vehicles outside the parking areas. Prizegiving will be announced and winner of each class to be mounted and in show-jumping attire.
Full canteen will be open on both days offering hot and cold food and drinks CASH ONLY - NO eftpos facilities available
