Prince William Courage Select Tryout Process All Participants who wish to be considered for the 2016/17 Select Program must be pre-registered for tryouts through our online registration system at pwsi.org and paid the $10 tryout fee. Players will have the opportunity to try out for a minimum of two sessions. Additional invitation-only sessions may be added at the discretion of the technical staff.

NOTIFICATION PROCESS Offers may be extended throughout the tryout process as anytime. PWSI will post offers for each team within 48 hours of the conclusion of the tryout for the respective age group and gender. Example Boys 19 & Under Last Tryout Wednesday, June 8 at 7:15-8:45; Offers will be posted by Friday, June 10 at 8:45PM. The post will include the tryout number of those players offered a position as well as alternates. Additionally, all players offered a position in the Courage Select program will receive an e-mail message with their offer. Players have 72 hours to accept the position offer. After 72 hours, a player’s offer is no longer guaranteed and may be offered to another player.

ACCEPTANCE PROCESS For players to accept their position on the team their family must make the initial payment for each player and accept the commitment packet online. Once that has been completed, a player is officially a part of the Courage Select Program for the 2016/17 year. **Financial Assistance Players will need to contact Phyllis Lewis to accept position.** It is our desire to notify all players that participated in the process within a week from their final age group session, regardless if you are offered a position or not. Due to the fact that we are filling teams in a tiered fashion, some player may not be notified of their status until late in the process. There are some cases that players not on the initial offering sheet being offered positions. Nothing is final until you have received an official notification e-mail from the club. We do ask that you look through all of the Tryout and Program Information so that you can make an informed and timely decision. The sooner you accept or decline a position the sooner we can wrap up this process for all parties involved. We appreciate you trying out for Prince William Courage and should you have any questions about the tryout process please contact the DOC for your age group as soon as possible.
