How  Package  Concierge  Works   1.    Your  resident  orders  a  package  on-‐line.

2.    The  delivery  carrier  delivers  the  package   right  into  a  Package  Concierge  locker.

3.    As  soon  as  the  carrier  closes  the  locker   door,  an  email,  text  or  phone  call  will  go  to   the  resident  lelng  them  know  they  received   a  package.

4.    Your  resident  goes  to  the  kiosk,  scans   their  key  fob  and  enters  their  PIN  to  retrieve   their  package  any  'me,  24/7.

Resident Quote:

“I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I both love the package concierge. It’s so nice to have a package service that’s open 24 hours a day and get a message saying that the item has arrived safely. Plus it probably lets the staff focus on things besides fetching boxes. Thanks so much for this new innovation!”
