After doing reasurch and checking with the ORR authorities on the east coast we found this is only sometimes legal in cruising classes but only if it is allowed in the NOR which it was not during this event . We believe that under these circumstances Audacity should not have been included in ORR C, that she was not in compliance with her her ORR cert as submitted for the regatta, and that her scores should be disqualified from the 2016 Rolex BBS Series results.
