Cut all the panels according to the printer size.
Make a 45 degree bevel on all panels.
Glue up all the panels, forming a parallelepiped.
Use a radial saw to open the passage of the filament and the upper and front cut of the door.
Use a vertical saw to connect the upper and front cut of the door.
With the radial saw cut the door.
The dimensions must be in accordance with the size of the box.
A larger door should have larger sides.
Reconnect the doors laterals with two strips of MDF.
Use glue and screws to connect the strips and the door laterals.
Leave a recess with the thickness of the acrylic on the strips.
Create a recess on the sides to accommodate the acrylic.
The recess can be made with a radial saw or a router.
Bend the acrylic according to the dimensions of the door.
Attach the acrylic with screws.
Fill all the holes the gaps with mastik.
Apply primer with a roller.
Finally paint with spray.
Apply handles and hinges printed or otherwise acquire them in the market.
Cut the insulation panels to size and fixe them using double-sided adhesive tape.
