PSTA  Performance  Management  Program  Project  Status  Update  

 

  The  PSTA  Performance  Management  Program  project  consists  of  five  major  tasks.    A   status  update  for  each  task  is  provided  below.     Task  1:    Performance  Measurement     Objective   Develop  an  organizational  performance  scorecard  aligned  with  PSTA’s  vision     Activities  to  Date   • Reviewed  PSTA  strategic  documents,  including  the  Path  Forward  Strategic  Plan   • Conducted  a  visioning  workshop  with  the  Board   • Conducted  two  scorecard  development  workshops  with  the  management  team   • Developed  a  working  scorecard  draft     Next  Steps   • Finalize  scorecard  metrics   • Identify  metric  owners   • Establish  metric  performance  targets     Task  2:    CEO  Quantitative  Evaluation  Solution     Objective   Develop  a  CEO  assessment  tool  that  ties  CEO  success  to  organizational  success     Activities  to  Date   • Developed  CEO  evaluation  instrument  components   • Developed  mechanism  for  linking  CEO  success  to  organizational  success     Next  Steps   • Create  draft  evaluation  instrument  and  process     Task  3:    Department  Level  Measurement     Objective   Develop  department  performance  scorecards  that  are  aligned  with  the   organizational  performance  scorecard     Activities  to  Date   • Conducted  departmental  metric  development  workshops.    Each  workshop   included  department  heads  along  with  department  staff.
