11

Lessons learned: technology Hard to hear what was happening on the webinars • not all locations had a telephone line or internet connection available Improvised solution: Dialed in to webinar from a cell phone and used the cell phone as a speaker and microphone Disadvantages: • cellphone speaker distorted voices and microphone was weak • needed to pass the phone to anyone who wanted to speak • problems with feedback • relied on signal strength

Possible solution: Cellphone speaker phone attachment available for around $150.
