Scratch- Lesson 3:
Publishing your Work and Embedding it in your Blog 1. Let’s begin by re-opening your aquarium project. Click File --> Open. Double click on your project.
2. Click “Share” and then select “Share This Project Online”.

3. The screen below should appear. Click “Create account”.
4. The Scratch website should pop up. Click “Signup”.
5. Your username should be your first initial, last name, and the number “188”. Your password should be your phone number.

6. Fill out the rest of the form and then press “sign up”.
7. If you see this screen, you succeeded! Return back to Scratch.

8. Put the login and password you just created on the Scratch website in the upload screen. Under “Project Notes” write a brief description of what your project does. Click “Ok”.
9. You should see the following screens as it loads your project. When it’s done loading, gto back to the Scratch website.

10. Your project should now appear on your Scratch page. Click on your project.
11. Lets work on embedding the Aquarium in your blog. Click on the word “Embed”.

12. Double click on the code in the “As an applet box” until it’s highlighted.
13. Now, click Edit --> Copy.

14. Now, go to your blog and click “New Post”.
15. Click Edit --> Paste.

16. Above the code you just pasted, write a quick post that answers the following questions: What was the most challenging part of the project? What are you most proud of?
17. Press the “Preview” button to make sure everything works properly.

18. If everything look good, press “Publish”.
