It’s Your REP! Own It! Protect It! Promote It! Reminder Checklist for the Quality Service Certification® Real Excellence Program™ (REP) Access the Agent Dashboard by clicking the “Agent Login” tab at the top of any page on RatedAgent.com or QualityService.org 











Step 1: Update the contact data visible on your consumer website profiles at RatedAgent.com and QualityService.org  Click “My Account” under the “My Account” tab  Review and update your contact data  If you need to update a field that is shaded out, send the information to [email protected]  Remember to click the “Save Changes” button when you are done Step 2: Add additional service areas to your professional profiles on RatedAgent.com and QualityService.org  Click “Public Service Areas” under the “My Account” tab  The additional service areas are towns, cities, or service areas where consumers can locate you when searching for a real estate professional by location Step 3: Choose the pie charts & consumer comments you’d like to be displayed on your profiles at RatedAgent.com, QualityService.org and Realtor.com  Click “Public Profile” under the “My Account” tab  If you Enable all the comments and questions, your survey data will automatically be sent to your free Realtor.com profile  Simply click the “Enable all questions” option to publish all results  To Enable ONLY the Realtor.com questions, click the “Enable Realtor.com questions”  Make sure you have claimed/activated your free Realtor.com profile. If you have not, click here (www.realtor.com/welcome/agentprofile/)  Check the box next to the consumer comments to have them displayed  All consumer comments from returned surveys over the last 3 years will be displayed  Check the small box next to any question you would like to display on your profile Step 4: Add your professional photo to your consumer website profiles at RatedAgent.com and QualityService.org  Click “Public Profile” under the “My Account” tab  Click “Submit a New Photo” to upload your photo or email your photo to [email protected] Step 5: Add the Widget to your email signature and professional website  Click “Widgets” under the “Marketing” tab  On the page, you’ll find the QSC Widgets, the appropriate source code and instructions on how to utilize them  When clicked, the widget will guide a client directly to your consumer website profile at RatedAgent.com  When used on a website, the Widget will automatically update your Customer Satisfaction Rating with each returned survey Step 6: Share your independently validated history of real customer satisfaction feedback during the initial presentation with a client to help differentiate yourself  Let clients know that they too will have the opportunity to provide feedback after the transaction closes, and you are motivated to ensure their satisfaction!  Take a client to your profiles at RatedAgent.com or QualityService.org to show them your returned survey results  Share a sample you the survey with your clients  Add the marketing widget to your email signature and professional website
