Youth Council Mock Committee Hearings Law Enforcement and the Use of Body-Worn Cameras Utah Youth City Council members participate in mock committee hearings and learn first-hand how legislators debate the issues. In past years, the arguments students present in our ULCT Youth Council Hearings have become pertinent points of discussion among important committees on Capitol Hill.
