Rancho San Miguel Swim Club Membership Dues Invoice for 2017 January 2017 Dear Rancho San Miguel Member, The 2017 swim season will be quickly upon us and we wanted to let you know of your options for membership payment. The Rancho San Miguel Swim Club has two choices for payment: 1. 2.
Pay the full amount of $650 plus $175 maintenance fee by March 11, 2017 and receive 10 free guest passes. These passes will be located inside the front office for use. Pay your (4) annual dues in four installments with the following due dates: January 22, 2017; February 26, 2017; March 26, 2017, and April 23, 2017. After all payments are received and payments are on time, you will receive 5 free guest passes.
**The maintenance fee of $175 is due with the first payment. ** *Note: If your payment is not received by the above installment dates a late fee of $50 will be fined to each of late payments. * If your child is participating in swim team, all dues must be paid by April 4, 2016. If the pool does not receive payment, your child will not be able to participate in swim team until dues and fines are paid. Please mail your dues and form to the below address.
