Seller reserves the right to accept or reject the high bid. Upon approval, high bidder will receive notification by phone or email. There is a 10 percent buyer’s premium. There is a 10 percent deposit due today. Immediately following the bidding, the successful bidder will execute a contract for the purchase of the property and deposit 10 percent of the contract price with the escrow agent. o Personal checks are accepted. o Contract is not assignable, contingent upon financing or upon inspections. Within 30 days from closing, the balance of the purchase price is due. The purchaser must be preapproved for financing and is responsible for obtaining their own financing.
