Dear Justin: Region XIV Education Service Center is happy to announce that McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. has been awarded an annual contract for Alternative Procurement Delivery Methods (APDM) for General Contracting Services based on the proposal submitted to Region XIV ESC. The contract is effective immediately and will expire on March 31 5 t, 2018. The contract can then be renewed annually for an additional four years, if mutually agreed on by Region XIV ESC and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.
