REGISTRATION FEES SQUIRT $350 Registration Fees Includes NOVICE $360  Parkland Hockey Fee $10 ATOM $370  Canadian Hockey Association Insurance Fee PEE WEE $380 o $47 Atom & under o $49 Pee Wee & over BANTAM $390 MIDGET $400 Late Registration Charge - $25 after August 14th, of that registration year. Hockey players from other centers (including but not limited to Benito, Minitonas, Bowsman and Sapotaweyak) can register for ½ season and will only be charged ½ of the registration fees. Furthermore ½ season players will be equally distributed amongst teams to ensure even number of players on each team for the whole season. First time Squirt hockey players are only required to pay the Parkland Fee & CHA Fee. Post-dated cheques for registration fees will be accepted: ½ of registration fee due on date of registration and remaining ½ of registration fee is due October 1 of the hockey year. All players must be registered with SRMH to participate in Pre Season Warm-Up Refunds will be calculated as follows: Total Registration less Parkland Fees less CHA insurance fees less Pre Season Warm-Up fee less Pro Rated # of month’s hockey played. DEADLINE DECEMBER 31st ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FEES FOR ROSTERING ON THE RESPECTIVE “VALLEY TIER HOCKEY TEAMS” OPERATED BY SRMH $125 If a second tier team is being initiated in any age group, the second tier team tryouts will not commence until after the first tier team tryouts are completed and the A team is selected in the respective age group. If a house/major league team wishes to roster as a tier team in order to attend a Provincial Tournament a tier fee of $50 will be mandatory due on December 1 of the hockey year to cover coach expenses at provincials and additional practice time Managers and Coaches of the respective valley tier teams are responsible for collecting the additional tier registration fees. Upon receipt of the registration fees by SRMH the respective tier team will receive a contribution of $500 to defray tournament entry fees and enable the coaches of the team to submit expense claims for expenses incurred and additional practice time TIER TEAMS COACHES EXPENSES COVERED BY SRMH – Please submit by April 30th Coach expenses may be claimed to a maximum of four (4) tournaments per year Expenses of one coach may be claimed for each tournament  Hotel Room  Meals  Fuel (applicable only to non parent coaches - it is expected that parents vehicles will be used prior to a nonparent coaches vehicle) receipts are required SRMH FUEL and MEAL ALLOWANCE Fuel (receipts are required) $15 meal allowance per day parent coaches $30 meal allowance per day non parent coaches

ANNUAL TOURNAMENT PROGRAM SRMH produces an annual program for use during each of the annual tournaments. All businesses are approached to place an advertisement in this annual program. Businesses are advised that this will be the only time the valley businesses will be approached for a donation to SRMH for the current year. MAJOR LEAGUE One $30 float is provided to each Major League Team for gate at home games. Gate admissions to be turned in to treasurer throughout year and float returned after last home game Home Game Admission Prices  12 and under – 65 and older FREE  students $2  Adult Pee Wee games $3  Adult Bantam games $4  Adult Midget games $4 - ($5 playoff games) Parents admitted free to their hockey players home Major League games in exchange for working front door and penalty box during home games Greg Gordon & Dean Bazylo Memorial Scholarship Funds Greg Gordon – $100 towards the registration fee for a summer hockey school payable upon presentation of a receipt confirming summer hockey school was attended Dean Bazylo - $50 towards the registration fee for a summer hockey school payable upon presentation of a receipt confirming summer hockey school was attended
