What is HAVEN? Haven is an online training program about sexual misconduct. It is required under Title IX of the US Educational Amendments that protect students in the US from discrimination. All Greensboro College students must complete the training, even if you are only taking classes online.
How do I take the training? You can complete the training from any device with an internet connection. It takes about an hour. Your responses are confidential. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Go to: http://www.everfi.com/register. Enter the GC registration code: 3a881efa. Register as a STUDENT. Use your Greensboro College email address. Complete the online training.
Do I have to take Part Two of the training to register for classes? No. You will receive an email a few weeks after you complete your HAVEN training inviting you to complete part two. You do not have to complete part two in order to register for classes.
If there is a hold on my registration account, how do I get it lifted? No action is necessary on your part. Greensboro College will be notified when you complete the training.
