Residential Energy Retrofit Program Eligibility Requirements • Residence is within Flagstaff city limits • Must be primary residence • Homeowners and renters who have occupied residences for at least 12 months • Renters must obtain property manager authorization • Residence is not for sale • Legal US resident • Utilities must be in resident’s name
Energy retrofits are available on a first come, first served basis. Apply online at www.flagstaff.az.gov/homes or visit: City Hall, Flagstaff Public Libraries and neighborhood/community organizations.
