AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 31, SECTION 31.8 REVOKING PORTION OF ST. CHARLES STREET
BE IT ORDAENED by the Board ofAldemen ofthe Vi11age ofFoIsom, State of Louisiana that the dedication ofthe public street indicated below be and the same is hereby
revoked and said street is declared pemanently cIosed, abandoned and no Ionger needed for Public purposes:
That portion of St. Charles Street lying between the northemmost right-OfLway line of
Louisiana Highway 40 (a portion ofwhich is also known as Cleveland Street) and the SOutherrmost right-Ofway line of Camp Street, the revoked po正on of St. Charles
Street being situated between Square 34 to the west and Square 42 to the east, a11 in the
Village of FoIsom. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall take effect on and after its PrOmulgation.
