declared pemanently cIosed, abandoned and no Ionger needed for public purposes: That portion of St・ Charles Street lying between the northemmost right-Ofrway line of St.
John Street and the southemmost rig証-OfLway lille OfWiliow Streeちthe revoked portion
Of St. Charles Street being srfuated between Square 38 to the west and Square 39 to the east, a11 in the Village ofFoIsom.
