Garfield Street and Leon Alley which parcel of land is presen血y zoned “A-1 Suburban Residential District.’一 Ms. Seal has made a proper and formal request for rezoning of the parcel to ’’C-2 Highway Commercial District’’zoning classification.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the Village of FoIsom, State of Louisiana that the below described immovable property belonging to Marlene Seal be reclassified from “A- 1 Suburban Residential Districti’to ’’C-2 Highway Commercial Dis-
trict’’zoning classification as defined by FoIsom Code of Ordinances Chapter 18 ’’Planning and Development Regulations,’’ Article B ’’Zoning,’I Section 18.22 ’’C-2
