Supply List Pattern: Just a Small Slice – free download from Modabakeshop.com 8” Dresden ruler (or GO! 9” Wedge Die) Sewing machine in good working order with NEW size 80/12 Universal or Sharps Needle ¼” piecing foot appropriate for your sewing machine Neutral-colored Mettler Thread for piecing with extra bobbins wound Seam ripper, thread snips or small scissors, pins Olfa Cutting mat 45 mm Olfa Rotary cutter with new blade 24.5 x 8.5”(or 6.5”) Long Creative Grids Ruler for cutting long strips prior to class Smaller Creative Grids Ruler (6 x 12” or 8.5 x 8.5) is extremely helpful if cutting 6x8* rectangles prior to cutting wedges (8 x 10.5” rectangles will be necessary if using GO! Wedge Die) Fabric: This is a great stash buster quilt or great with large prints. Several options exist to make this quilt: 27 fat 8ths – cut 8 wedges from each fat eighth Or 14 fat quarters – cut 16 wedges from each fat quarter Or 113 6x8 rectangles – cut 2 wedges from each rectangle. You can use a combination of the above. The goal is to have 113 pairs of wedges (216 total wedges). Additional Materials to finish quilt: ½ yard for the binding 3 yards for the backing Twin Size batting
