Hilts of the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit said in his email of March 18, 2016 that you as the FBI Agent in Charge of this investigation or any ligitimate law enforcement agency would need to request the Behavioral Analysis Unit 4 (BAU-4) to look at what now appears could be the largest Serial Murder ever committed in the United States by government employees and their unions under 18-USC-540B of the US Federal Criminal Code. Also, to discuss US Department of Agriculture employees, Judges and other government employees statements that the President of the United States nor would anyone else ever close the government and that government employees would never get a job, work, earn their own livings or ever pay any taxes to the government that led to these farmers being murdered. Also my 9 false arrests, imprisonments and my attempted murder by 11 drugs. Its been nearly 4 years since you, US Marshal Pfohl, Under Sheriff Szczesniak and 10 to 15 agents were at my home and requested this meeting at Sheriff York’s Office to dicuss these farmers that were murdered and what you needed to do to cover up those murders again and try to arrest me again for reporting those murders to the FBI, US Marshals, Federal Judges, US Attorneys, Federal Probation, Federal Public Defenders, USDA-OIG, US Capitol Police, US Secret Service, Navel Inteligence, ATF, USDOJ, USDOJ-OIG, Congress, Whitehouse, Sheriffs, State Police, District Attorneys, NY Attorney General, NY-OIG as documented in Court Documents and Case Files at your offices. I understand you have sought legal counsel and I am advising you again that we are not looking to charge you, only to listen to your complaint. Furthermore, with your recent quantity of e-mail correspondences to members of Congress, it is our responsibility to assess if you are simply a concerned citizen or a threat to their well being.
