APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
Give employees the Ride-to-Work account number and refer to www.evanscycles.com/ride-to-work/how-to-apply to apply for a certificate. Employer implements 12 or 18 month salary sacrifice from GROSS salary. Employee requests certificate maximum £1000 (Unless employer holds a Consumer Credit License), completes Hire Agreement and submits.
The salary sacrifice can be calculated in the following way: Certificate amount ÷ 12 = Monthly salary sacrifice amount. Further savings will be made after National Insurance and Income Tax deductions.
Scheme administrator receives email notification of certificate request, and must approve.

Visit www.evanscycles.com/ride-to-work/admin/login/new using Ride-to-Work account number and password. Review pending certificate applications (Confirm Hire Agreement, Employee Details etc) and approve. Set-up salary sacrifice.
