Contest Dates: This The Unsinkable Molly Brown contest begins [September 2, 2014], and ends at [9:30 a.m. on September 11, 2014]. Rocky Mountain Public Broadcasting Network, Inc. D/B/A [Rocky Mountain PBS] is the sponsor of this contest. 2. Contest Entry: There is no purchase necessary to win. To be entered into this contest, simply visit entry page and enter your email address, name, and whether you’re over 13 years of age in the entry form. [You will be automatically subscribed to the Arts District mailing list, unless you de-select that option on the entry form; such de-selection will not harm your chances of winning]. Limit one entry per person. 3. Winner Selection & Chances of Winning: .The winner will be selected randomly from all entries received by the deadline. There is a single prize consisting of [two (2) tickets to any showing of The Unsinkable Molly Brown between September 12-25. You must use the tickets by September 25. If you have won, you will be notified via email by [September 11, 2014]. 4. Eligibility. You must be a legal US resident at least 13 years old or older to enter, and you cannot have won a Rocky Mountain PBS contest in the past 12 months. Rocky Mountain Public Broadcasting Network, Inc.’s employees and their immediate family are ineligible to participate. This prize is non-transferable. 5. Prize Value, Collection & Taxes: The [two-tickets] prize in this contest is worth [$120.00]. The winner must pick up the [tickets] during business hours from Rocky Mountain PBS at 1089 Bannock Street, Denver, Colorado and must fill out an IRS Form W-9 at the station, which requires you to provide your name, address, Social Security Number or other tax identification number. The prizewinner alone is responsible for payment of all applicable taxes and any other charges, fees, costs or expenses related to your receipt or use of the tickets.
