Mortimer Primary School November 2016 Dear Parent/Guardian We are delighted that Sunderland AFC has invited School to take advantage of their popular fundraising scheme allowing us to purchase tickets for a forthcoming home league game between rd Sunderland AFC v Leicester City on Saturday, 3 December 2016. Kick off at 3.00 pm. You can purchase a pair of tickets (one adult and one child) for this game only, for the special price of just £20 (additional child tickets can be purchased at £10 each). SAFC will then donate £4.17 to our school for each pair of tickets purchased. We would be delighted if you could support this scheme and help us raise vital funds to improve our facilities. To take advantage of this offer, you must complete the form below in full and return it to the school office together with full payment, in an envelope. rd
