Step 1 — Turn off the cell phone 

Keep press the END key to turn off the phone (if turned on).



Pull out the back cover of the cell phone with the help of a plastic opening tool.

Step 2 — Open the cell phone

Step 3 — Remove the battery 

Pull up the battery.

Step 4 — Remove old SIM Card.



Remove the old SIM Card by sliding it towards the bottom of the device.
