SAN SABA RIVER PLACE ACREAGE:
273+ acres of good hunting and fishing property that offers the outdoorsman a great opportunity to own land in central Texas. The ranch has been in the same family for over 150 years and this is the first time offered on the market. The land was a given as part of an old land grant for fighting in the San Jacinto Battle and each person was given a parcel that was one mile deep and 1/2 mile wide for their efforts. The history of the land adds to the character of this ranch.

Located in Schleicher County near the historic town of Ft. McKavett, this ranch has easy access off a gravel county road and good ranch road onto the property. Take IH-10 to Junction and proceed west for 12 miles to Ft. McKavett exit. Turn north on FM 1674 to Ft. McKavett, then north of town for 1.5 miles on Toenail Trail. A caliche road turns left (west).
