Some first various research have led the thought on the urban space privatization. A first photographic report in the form of a Paris map, helps me to raise newspeak messages, which aim to condition individual. But wouldn’t it exist a way to make the citizen to participate at alternatives? Complementary money could be an exemple.

Between marketing rules and a committed posture, which place for graphic design, in nowadays more and more privatized public space?

Affirming the notion of collection of the DSAA (MA degree) dissertations of 2016, I set up a rule and chose to mark the 4th page of the cover by a number. The 1st page of the cover would let the place to a typographic composition with a colored shape, and would be free to each student. The whole collection (size, typeface, layout,…) has been thought with classmates and Yorel Cayla (from WA75).

In 2015, I did an internship at Building Paris. This internship report is built on the idea of showing the building process of all the projects on which I worked (one of the things I have appreciated the most), and showing all my work from the start to the end, rather than select those most resulted. I wanted to show this content quite dense in the manner of archives, that can be browsed with a mark, index, and classification system.

From building stencils in which geometrical shapes are cut, I have made some drawings. The idea is to set up a building process with rules, opposing two notions. The handmade defects, kind of sensitive and spontaneous, are driven by the inflexibility and the precision of the stencils’ rules.

The design of the posters is distinct and raw, to highlight the content over all.
