• Floats must be ready for judging at 4:00 p.m. Float judging takes place at the new courthouse parking area at 4:30 p.m. • Plaques will be awarded for first, second, third and Mayor’s Choice in profit and nonprofit float competition; Best of Show horse; and Best of Show classic car division.
Restrictions • Sorry, no Santa costumes allowed on or in any parade entry; each year the parade uses Santa as its grand finale. • No 4-wheelers or under-age drivers of motorcycles allowed.
Entry Forms must be received in the newspaper office by 12 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. Call 389-8431 for more information or to have a form faxed or e-mailed. Fax completed form to 389-9997 or drop off at the Progress office • 43 Main Street, Hayesville.
