How to Manage your Time  Plan from what your life goals are down to the hour/minute

Life Year Semester Month Week Day Hour  For a semester plan you need… o A Monthly Calendar  Add all your graded assignments for each class  Find class schedules in your syllabi  Add games/travel  Add university events  Breaks, add/drop and withdrawal deadlines, exc.  Add personal events  Look for conflicts and busy times o A Weekly Calendar  Create a weekly schedule that has everything (class, sports, meetings, sleeping, eating, hygiene, relaxation and other) mapped out for each day of the week.  Establish this as your routine and use it to plan for what needs to be done each week. o Day/Hour Planning  Set aside time every day to look at weekly plans and figure out what you need to do that day and plan for when you will do what
