Saturday, January 23, 2016 Dancers, ages 6-13 years old, will learn a dance to be performed alongside the Aggie Dance Team during halftime at the Texas A&M Men’s Basketball game vs. Missouri at 3:00 p.m.! When: January 23, 2016 Camp 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Game begins at 3:00 p.m. Where: Camp: Student Recreation Center Archery Room (TAMU Campus) Game: Reed Arena (730 Olsen Blvd, College Station, TX 77843) Cost: $75.00 (includes performance t-shirt, lunch, and basketball ticket for the participant) What to Bring: Please wear black dance pants and dance/tennis shoes Bring a water bottle and a small bag (with participant’s name on it) to hold belongings while performing Completed medical waiver Schedule of Events: 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. – Check-In 10:45 – 11:30 a.m. – Introduction/Warm-Up/Technique/Lunch 11:30 – 1:30 p.m. – Learn Dance for Performance 1:30 – 2:00 p.m. – Get Ready for Game 2:00 p.m. – Walk to Reed Arena 3:00 p.m. – Game Begins (Performance at Halftime)

THERE ARE NO CAMP REFUNDS OR CREDITS.
Parents should arrive with their camper to registration on the morning of camp. No dancers will be allowed to check-in without a guardian present. Parents are welcome to stay and watch during the camp, however no seating will be available in the dance areas. Camp staff will usher campers over to Reed Arena for the game. Parents do not need to pick them up from the Rec Center in preparation for the game. If a parent/guest needs a ticket to the game, please visit http://12mf.info/?Jyim7d to purchase tickets. Use the promo code: “Dance”. You may also purchase tickets at the door. Camp participants will sit together as a group during the first half of the game in preparation for their halftime performance. Parents may begin signing out their children following the halftime performance. Dancers are to be picked up from their assigned seating section in Reed Arena. Dancers must be picked up no later than 15 minutes following the conclusion of the game. Parents will need a valid photo ID to sign out campers following their halftime performance. Rec Center Location & Parking The TAMU Student Recreation Center (SREC) is located off of Olsen BLVD, between John Kimbrough BLVD and George Bush Drive (next to the baseball fields/across the street from Reed Arena). Visit www.aggiemap.tamu.edu and Search “SREC” for an exact location. Paid parking is available in West Campus Garage (WCG) across from the Rec or in the metered spots outside of the Rec.
