Learn how to teach the fundamental skills and identify and correct common mistakes. Includes drills and games and a practice planning and pre-game approach you can use all season long. Experience Big Al’s “Teach it – Try It – Game It” approach to accelerated player development that works with every player on your team. This session will also include an introduction to more advanced skills, positional play and game strategy applicable for managers of Majors, Intermediate Junior and Senior levels of play.
AFTERNOON TRAINING SESSION (coaches & parents of players 5-8 yrs) Learn how to introduce the skills of the game in a creative, fun and effective way. Experience Big Al`s complete practice planning approach that your players and their parents will love. Training for coaches, managers & parents “rookies” and “veterans”.

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Hands on Training
COACHES FROM OTHER LEAGUES AND DISTRICTS ARE WELCOME! Leagues from Virginia D7 register your league by contacting the Host. Leagues from outside of Virginia D7 please pre-register with Big AL at www.bigalbaseball.com/clinics or 1 866 940 0227and send all of your coaches. Individual coaches from outside Host District please register at the door with Big Al for $25.00 prior to the training session you would like to attend. (Bring your glove and wear comfortable clothes to participate!)
