SCAN ‘N CUT FABRIC CLASS--OCTOBER 2017 Supply List This class is to help you along with preparing your fabric and your Scan ‘N Cut for fabric projects that would usually involve appliqué--machine appliqué (self guided) or machine embroidered appliqué. I will provide the pattern for the apple basket and we will prepare it for scanning, then scan, edit and cut the fabric pieces. Bring: Scan ‘N Cut machine with power cord and accessories -Standard Blade -Spatula and stylus -Cutting Mat -Scanning Mat -Painter’s Tape -Basting spray if your mats are not real sticky Fabrics and fusible: Heat & Bond Lite fusible web, or Steam A Seam, Appli Web or whichever fusible you like -Two colors of red fabric for the apples (you need more than one for the shaded effect) -Green fabric for leaves -Two shades of brown/tan for basket slats -Towel or background fabric for design -Applique press sheet if available We will get your design cut and placed onto your background fabric, and your stitching will be done at home. I will demo how I did the stems and other stitches.
