NLI/ SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST Please submit completed form to Compliance Office at least two weeks prior to the when you would like the PSA to receive the documents. Once submitted, the Compliance Office will prepare the necessary paperwork and submit the documents for the appropriate signatures, then Email the documents to the PSA. 13.9.1 Requirements for Offer of Athletically Related Financial Aid The following are requirements before an institution may provide a written offer of athletically related financial aid: a) A high school or preparatory school PSA must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center; b) A high school or preparatory school PSA must be placed on the institution's IRL with the NCAA Eligibility Center; c) A high school, preparatory school or transfer (if applicable) PSA must complete the amateurism certification questionnaire administered by the NCAA Eligibility Center.
