Scottie Baseball Summer Youth Camp Grades: K-6 Location: Highland Community Ballpark Dates: March 19th – March 21st, 9:00am-12:00pm Cost: $75 (total for all 3 days)
Camp Description The coaching staff at Highland Community College is offering a complete skills camp that will cover all aspects of play including defense, pitching and catching, and hitting.
General Information Players will be taught the basic fundamentals of defense; groundballs, fly balls, as well as basic pitching and catching mechanics. Players will also learn all aspects of offense including hitting, bunting, and base running. In addition to drills and instruction, the day will consist of games and fun competitions that incorporate what the players have learned. Highland Community College Employee Discount Receive $25 off per kid! Equipment Each player must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, cleats, hat, helmet, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.
Camp Check-in Check-in begins 45 min prior to the start of camp on day one.
Directions Highland Community College – Highland Community Ballpark At 604 W Ohio St. in Highland, Kansas. Park west of the ballpark in the gravel lot adjacent to student housing
Meals Meals will not be provided.
