Cashless System
The Cashless System is the new way to pay for your membership at Sheffield Hockey Club, which incorporates fees for games, training & annual subs. There are 5 membership types in total to chose from:

• Members who can only commit to less than half the games can choose Senior 10 or Student 10. This limits the number of games they can play to a maximum 10. • Some members may want to switch between membership types during the season. This will be at the discretion of the executive committee but will require members who upgrade to a full membership to pay a catch-up fee before playing an 11th game. • An U-16 can buy a 6 game bundle for £40 then buy another if needed. The maximum to buy would be 3 bundles. Anyone playing over 18 games doesn’t have to pay more. This is in addition to the £85 they pay to the junior section. • Petrol will be paid to drivers by bank transfer. • At the end of the season you may be entitled to a small refund if serious injury has made you unavailable for selection for a significant period. • Some teams fall victim to cancellations which are not their fault, this may also entitle you to a refund. • Refunds will be at the discretion of the executive committee.
• Refunds will only be considered if the member has not had the opportunity to play more than 15 games (this does not apply to Senior 10 or Student 10). • Friendlies count as 1 of your 10 games in the Senior 10 and Student 10 membership
(Friendlies are classed as games against another club where teas and/or petrol are paid)

If payments aren’t made by the due dates above, membership will be immediately suspended.
All Membership Fee payments should be made via the club website. Members will receive an email asking them to register with the website.
