If paying by Direct Debit where it is not possible for Spectrum to deliver the normal lesson programme on any given day such as unforeseen Circumstances outside of the set scheduled programme the individual's Active Card will be credited with Active Metres for each incidence. Active Metre credits will be processed at the end of the relevant month and can be redeemed against a range of activities throughout the Complex. (See Active Offers for further details)
Spectrum requires 4 lesson notice of any intention to cancel a direct debit payment agreement. All cancellation requests must be in writing. Please email [email protected] with your request to cancel.
