SLT Meeting Agenda SUMMARY May 3, 2017 DRAFT Attendance: Dorejo Moore, Debbie Eisenberger, Ellen Azzato, Vanessa Greenberg, Barbara-Ann Ajami, Kim Sperrazza, Kim Swanson, Deanna Robbins, Dean Scali 1. Approve Minutes from 4/5/17 meeting Minutes approved 2. CEP sign –off page to be submitted CEP goals for next year will build upon this past year’s goals to help extend the progress made this year. Goals may change depending on new data from assessments and resources available Sign off page will be uploaded as soon as all signatures are complete
3. Reso-A updates Current RESO Grant Proposal has been finalized and sign-off. Awaiting information regarding arrival of materials and installation An additional RESO A grant has been given to PS56 $190,000.00. After getting input from the staff we are exploring obtaining: 1. Up to 8 active tables for Pre-K & Kindergarten 2. Color capable printers 3. Additional Desktop Computers 4. eColor Presentation system – banner maker 5. Additional laptops 6. Two storaqe carts 7. Active Expressions 32 per pack -one per class – Student interactive device for inputting information onto ActivPanel 8. Will inquire about adding Zip Drives to a proposal
4. Misc. MATH assessment underway We are looking to partner with Teachers College in piloting a STEM program called (STILE) for next year, we are sending two teachers and one administrator to visit a previous pilot school in Brooklyn on May10th
